ARTIST REGISTRATION

Thank you for joining Otaku Tattoo Expo! Below you will find a full information form to complete your application for our show. All applications must be reviewed prior to accepting each artist. During this process, the card on file WILL NOT BE CHARGED. Once the application has been reviewed an email updating the status of your booth will be sent to the email provided in your application.

Accepted applications will be charged and you will receive confirmation and receipt of purchase for your booth.

BOOTH SPLITS

Booths may be split between two artists. Please note that should 1 artist on an application be denied, ALL artists will be denied and an application will have to be resubmitted.
